Heads up, world! T&S has an immediate need to fill the following positions:

• Designer(s): Junior and/or Senior
• Developer
• Information Architect

Preferably has experience working on large corporate sites in the past and must have day-time availability. The project involves bringing a corporate intranet site up to modern standards from three perspectives: usability, design, and technology. Oh yeah, and locals preferred! That means if you happened to win any bets of of irrational proportions because a certain hometown team won the World Series this year, we want you!

The Truth & Soul website is here! We’ve got a whole bunch of goodies coming down the line (and yes, we’re aware of the rough spots, too) and will be making incremental updates, improvements, bug fixes, and best of all, fresh new content all the time, so come back whenever truth, soul, or both truth & soul simultaneously happen to pop into your thoughts.

Here’s the skinny on everything in the site: above you will find our Portfolio where you can view some of our best creative, indie.soulful is our blog featuring the best in independent soulful music, and the Wisdom Generator is our ever-growing database of sage advice. In the coming days/weeks, we’ll be adding a feature to allow input from the very special You, so start thinking of some truthy and soulful music and words, sign up for our mailing list, and we’ll let you know when you can submit—we’re looking forward to your input!

We’re just two former big-agency guys who are just tired of the politics and bureaucracy that often get in the way of creativity. We feel there’s a revolution happening in small business and are now focusing our energies on bringing big brand thinking into the small business space.

Though some might think there may be glory lost in entering this new territory, we’re both willing to admit that glory is no longer part of what we crave. We’ve found that it’s been small businesses that have had the courage to take risks with their brands and have been more generous in granting the necessary creative freedom in doing the best work we possibly can for them.

So, here we are: Truth & Soul.

And we’re making a big bet on small business.

If John could be compared to any object it would undoubtedly be a Swiss army knife. We can tell you a million stories about his talent, his determined work ethic, and his accomplishments, but all of that will be forgotten when you first meet him. And when you do, you'll wonder how it's possible for this guy to have two kids and no wrinkles. From his wardrobe to his demeanor, John stays on top of trends. And let's face it, in this industry, the last thing you want when looking for a creative shop is someone who thinks Girbaud pants are still cool. We could go on and on, but when you get down to it, all that matters is that John does kick-ass work and laughs with you along the way. Oh yeah, he oil paints too.

Moly Yim » soul proprietor

Moly (pronounced Moe•lee) is a creative warrior. To him work is something he gets to do for fun and gets paid for it. We'd even go as far as saying that he might be in love with his Mac. He hangs out in bookstores, has a band and still buys music offline. But more importantly Moly has an old soul and it shows in every piece of his work. He's got a maddening amount of crazy awards but you'd never know it from his down-to-earth style. He's like that dude from American Beauty who thought that a floating plastic trash bag was beautiful, but not in that creepy sort of way. Believe us, just like his work, he's one of a kind. And no, you're not crazy. There really are guys like this still out there.
